At @eeze, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used creams, lotions, gels, or topical products
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping
